The upper level offers a large deck overlooking the wetlands. From here you have an unique view of the beach, ocean, Maphelande dunes, Umfolozi river mouth and part of famous lake St Lucia estuary.
There are two swimming pools with lapas and built in braai facilities. One in the garden as well as one on the upper viewing deck.
The property borders on the wetlands - with nothing between Ndiza and the ocean - except the wetlands.
